| Dear Daily Actor, Spring is just about here, and with it comes a vibrant season of growth and new opportunities. We have three exciting announcements to share with you: |
| First, this month we were featured in East Petaluma Living Magazine with an article “Daily Acts is Transforming the Landscape of Our Community”! Grab a physical copy if you can (the layout of the magazine is so beautiful), or you can read it on our website. In case you missed it, the deadline to apply for a free landscape design or installation through our Land Resilience Partnership program is quickly approaching on April 30th. |
| Second, you asked for recurring volunteer opportunities, and we listened! Join our Garden Stewards Club, which will meet every first Friday and third Tuesday of the month, rotating through Daily Acts’ demonstration gardens in Petaluma. Learn about mulching, pruning and irrigation while connecting with your community! See you this Friday at La Tercera Park? Last but not least, we’re hiring a Programs Coordinator! We are seeking a passionate person to join our fun and enthusiastic team to expand our training on sustainable, cost-effective, nature-based solutions to climate change. Please spread the word about these three opportunities to anyone you think might be interested in receiving a landscape installation, lending a hand at our demonstration gardens, or joining our team of dedicated change-makers. Or if that person might be you, we hope to hear from you soon! 🧡 With gratitude, Sarina Consulter Communications Manager |
